Frequently Asked Questions

What is 4YOU Cycling?

4YOU Cycling is a boutique indoor cycling studio coming to West Palm Beach, FL. We offer a 45-minute full-body workout, but we like to refer to it as a party on a bike! Here at 4YOU Cycling, we ride to the beat of the music. We find strength, growth, and empowerment, and we do it 4YOU.

Where are you located?

We are located on 1011 N Dixie Hwy, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. Just a few minutes from downtown West Palm Beach, within walking distance to the intercoastal, Providencia Park, and Northwood. We are excited to bring new life into this area that will soon be what has been called the "Future Wynwood of West Palm Beach," the NORA District. Click here for more information on future plans for the area. We look forward to bring a premium indoor cycling experience to West Palm Beach!

I've never done a cycling class before, what should I expect?

We welcome ALL levels of riders, from beginner riders to advanced! We will provide modifications for our beginners to get comfortable and more importantly - have fun. This room is for everyone. We want to help guide you in your fitness journey, wherever you are in the process. Cycling classes can be intense, (typically burning between 300-700 calories per class) but this workout is 4YOU, so modify as you feel comfortable.

Do you offer any specials?

Our first time riders (local only) will be able to choose between our 2 for $30 or One Week Unlimited for $45. We will also be offering a special unlimited monthly package for all of our local first responders (police, fire fighters, nurses) as well as students/teachers. Subscribe to our emails and keep an eye out on social media, if we run any specials, they will be seen there!

Do you have showers?

We will not have showers upon opening, but we do plan to eventually have one installed! :) In the meantime we will provide other personal hygiene items 4YOU!

What will be the minimum age to ride?

The minimum age to ride at 4YOU is 14 years old. Anyone under the age of 18 will require a Minor Waiver to be signed by a guardian, which must be signed in the studio.

What should I bring/wear to class?

Yourself, friends, and a good attitude. We will offer sweat towels, cycling shoes, and filtered water in the studio. We will also have water bottles for sale at the studio. If you own cycle shoes, we recommend you bring your own. Our pedals are compatible with SPD and LOOK Delta clips. We also suggest wearing light moisture wicking fitness attire/clothing. Avoid loose clothing as it could get stuck in the bike while you ride.

What is the parking situation?

There is street parking on both 9th and 10th street. There are also two lots behind the studio in the alley (these lots are first come first serve in any non-marked space). There is another lot further down 9th street (also first come first serve in any non-marked spaces). There are a few spaces on Dixie a block past the studio (street parking). We know this sounds like a lot, so we added a visual below!

How early should I arrive to class?

We ask all of our new riders to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class start time. We want to give enough time to show you around the studio, get you introduced to your instructor, and properly set you up on the bike. We still recommend regular riders get here early to give time to find parking and set up on the bike.

Do you have a return policy on your retail products (ie. clothing & accessories)

4YOU Cycling will accept items, excluding ACCESSORIES, for exchange or account credit only. Any exchanged item must be returned in its original, unaltered condition, and all tags need to be intact, within 7 days of purchase.

What is the cancellation/no show policies?

You will be able to cancel your reservation from any class without penalty up to 3 hours prior to the start of class. If you cancel your reservation within that 3 hour window, you will lose your class credit or you'll be charged a late cancel fee of $18, depending on how you reserved the class. We want to encourage our riders to show up not only for yourselves but for others- this means being accountable for properly booking class and cancelling with time so that another rider can grab a bike if needed.

What is the Waitlist/Bike Release policy?

Joining a Waitlist: If a class is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waitlist through our App or Website. Open spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Notifications: Should a spot become available, you'll be automatically added to the class and receive an email notification.
Bike Release: All riders must check in at the studio before the "Bike Release" time (2 minutes before class). If you're not present at this point, your bike will be given to a waitlisted rider.
First-Time Riders: First-timers need to arrive 10 minutes before the class; otherwise, their first ride may be rescheduled.
Our aim is to ensure a fair and efficient experience for everyone. Any changes to this policy will be communicated in advance. For questions, reach out to our front desk.

What makes 4YOU different than other cycling/fitness studios?

Unlike traditional group fitness and cycling classes, we will not have any mirrors in our cycle room. At 4YOU Cycling, our mission is simple: 'To enrich the lives of each person through inclusivity while unlocking their potential to grow, find strength and sense of empowerment." With this mission in mind, we choose not to put mirrors in this room, so that you truly can take the 45 minute ride 4YOU, distraction, and judgement-free.
We also ask that our riders follow some simple rules in the studio:
-No phones in the cycle room (we aim to provide a distraction free ride 4ALL. We understand emergencies can happen or you may be expecting some important information. In this case, we ask that you leave your phone with the Front Desk Staff and book a bike close to the door. We will be sure go get you if something arises).
-Please place your Apple Watch in theatre mode (we love holding ourselves accountable, but again want to limit any distractions to the instructor or the ride)
-Bring the best vibes with you! We have fun. This is a literal party on a bike type of workout, so don't be afraid to let loose and have some fun!
-Ride 4YOU- take that class and be selfish with the time you have in it. You deserve it!
