  • 4YOU Cycling is a boutique indoor cycling studio coming to West Palm Beach, FL. We offer a 45-minute full-body workout, but we like to refer to it as a party on a bike! Here at 4YOU Cycling, we ride to the beat of the music. We find strength, growth, and empowerment, and we do it 4YOU.

  • We are located at 1011 N Dixie Hwy, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, just minutes from downtown West Palm Beach and within walking distance to the Intracoastal Waterway, Providencia Park, and Northwood. Our studio is situated in the NORA District, an area often referred to as the "Future Wynwood of West Palm Beach." For more information on the district's development, click here.   • We welcome riders of all levels, from beginners to advanced. Our instructors provide modifications to ensure beginners feel comfortable and, most importantly, have fun. Our classes are designed for everyone, and we're here to support you at any stage of your fitness journey. While cycling classes can be intense—burning between 300 to 700 calories per session—it's essential to listen to your body and modify the workout as needed.

  • Please bring yourself, friends, and a positive attitude! Effective 2/1/2025, we are implementing a shoe rental policy. If you do not have your own shoes for class, you can rent a pair for $4 per class. First-time riders and those utilizing an intro offer will get their first rental for free. All paid monthly membership holders will receive free shoe rentals as part of their membership package.

    We provide sweat towels, cycling shoe rentals ($4 per class), and filtered water in the studio. Water bottles are available for purchase. If you own cycling shoes, our pedals are compatible with SPD and LOOK Delta clips. Wear light, moisture-wicking fitness attire and avoid loose clothing that could get caught in the bike.

Studio Amenities & Policies

  • Parking options include:

    • Street parking on 9th and 10th Streets.

    • Two first-come, first-served lots behind the studio in the alley (unmarked spaces).

    • An additional lot further down 9th Street (first-come, first-served in unmarked spaces).

    • Limited street parking on Dixie Highway, one block past the studio.

  • You can cancel your class reservation without penalty up to 6 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the class will result in the loss of your class credit or an $18 late cancellation fee, depending on your reservation method. We encourage accountability to ensure availability for all riders; timely cancellations allow others the opportunity to participate.

Membership & Class Details

  • We offer a variety of pricing options, including class packages, monthly memberships, and intro offers to suit different needs. Visit our pricing page for details, or contact us if you’d like help deciding which option is best for you.

  • Yes, we recommend booking classes in advance to secure your spot. Our classes fill up quickly, especially during peak hours. You can book through our website or mobile app.

  • We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before class to get set up. If you're running late, please notify the front desk as soon as possible. Late arrivals may not be allowed entry to avoid safety issues and disrupting the class.

  • Yes, but please consult your physician before attending class if you are pregnant or have any injuries. Inform your instructor about any limitations so they can help you modify your ride accordingly.
