4YOU Upper

Take your whole-body cycling workouts to the next level with 4YOU Upper. This format is the perfect balance of cycling- and arm-focused exercises, with a 1-to-3 upper body/lower body exercise ratio, including off-the-bike strength exercise segments - all in just 45 minutes! Please note, spots are very limited due to the use of off-the-bike exercises, which will include dumbbells and resistance bands. Additionally, it is strongly recommended participants are experienced in clipping in and out of the bike for this format (using SPD or LOOK Delta cycling shoes and cleats).
